Mr. Perl has successfully grown 1st PMF Bancorp's lending portfolio to one of the largest private short-term business lenders in the U.S. Mr. Perl is also the founder of China Mart. ChinaMart is the first non-government platform supporting Chinese and U.S. trade in the U.S. Mr. Perl has designed PMF to provide global financing and credit services support for its Chinese and U.S. Clients in its global platform. Mr. Perl established PMF's presence in China in 2004 as the first private U.S. lender in China and has successfully opened PMF's branch network of offices for PMF and ChinaMart throughout China. Mr. Perl actively serves on the board on the County of Los Angeles Board of Governors and the City of Los Angeles Economic Advisory Board. Mr. Perl was also award an Honorary title of Professor of Finance for the GuangDong Financial University, in Guangzhou, China and currently holds an MBA and Masters in Science from the University of California.

Mr. Lee is a Director and Research-Fellow at China Development Institute in Shenzhen, China and has provided research for work relating to Walmart (China)’s entry as well as other large corporations development in Shenzhen. Mr. Lee’s research over the last two decades has been to support large multi-national corporation’s entry and development in China as well as their M&A activity in overseas markets. Currently, Mr. Lee assists large Chinese companies with their investment and expansion into the U.S. market under the ChinaMart™ umbrella of support and services.

Prior to joining China Mart USA, Ms. Ku successfully operated a new start up company based in Los Angeles. The company had a very robust online and offline presence in the social networking marketplace. With this experience, she has gained unique insight into various development models to create a successful business. Ms. Ku possesses both analytical and creative skills as an attorney and businesswoman where she can spot legal issues and think outside of the box in branding companies. In addition, her experiences living in Asia and speaking Mandarin give her the added advantages of working as VP of Operations for China Mart USA. Christina is committed to bridging cultural, social and economic gaps between China and the U.S. In reaching her goals, she feels that China Mart USA is the perfect platform to conduct US China business in today’s global economy. Ms. Ku attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) for her undergraduate and graduate education.

Since 1997, Brian has consulted for major corporations and has started and established profitable logistics divisions focused in the areas of US based warehousing, international quality control and international cargo services.
In 2000, Brian was chosen as a Who’s Who in Business Professionals.
Has garnered his professional experience by working in the United States, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.  Mr. Rock brings years of logistics experience and solutions to major corporations such as: Osim, IKEA, Roxy/Quiksilver and Graco and to ChinaMart™ clients as well.

Ms. Liu has years of experience working for Industrial-Commercial Bank of China (ICBC).  With two master degrees from University of Southern California and her many years of local experience in the U.S., she provides a strong resource in finance and trade to ChinaMart™ and PMF clients.

Mr. Lin was among the first generation businessmen after the official establishment of Sino-US diplomatic relations. He has been an active business person advocating the Chinese community interest for over thirty years. As a well-known leader in the Chinese community, Mr. Dexian Lin has been an influential member of the municipal committee of the City of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. His in-depth knowledge of the Chinese and U.S. economy, in addition to his rich experience in international businesses will greatly help improve the economic and cultural communications between China and U.S and expand the ChinaMart™ ability to assist many more businesses in China.

Mr. Wang is a member of the new genre of business person in the Chinese business community since China's opening policy came into being. His successful introduction of Chinese products into the U.S. market has helped him build his reputation as well as enriched his experiences in the area of international trade. His experience in conveying Chinese products into the U.S. Mart will help entrepreneurs to expand their business globally.

Ms. Zhang has been a successful entrepreneur managing her own insurance and real-estate business in Los Angeles. Ms. Zhang has provided consulting support to many Chinese firms investing in the U.S.  Ms. Zhang provides valuable relationship in the U.S. and throughout Zhejiang, China.

Mr. Du is a seasoned trade manager and marketing manager for 1st PMF Bancorp’s Chinese subsidiary and ChinaMart™.  For over 7 years, Mr. Du has worked with Chinese companies expanding in to U.S. markets and assisted them with their marketing plans.

Mr. Cui is a Trade manager providing sales and marketing support out of the PMF and CMLA’s YiWu Mart Office in Shenzhen.  Mr. Cui’s background is in international trade.

Ms. Luo has trained with various large corporations and government entities in China as an Administrative Manager in support of various large projects. Ms. Luo has worked with PMF Bancorp’s head China Office in Guangzhou for over 10 years.
